For every home sale, we donate $120 to CLEAN International. In past years, we donated $13,000 to the village of Vega Grande, Honduras to create fresh water stream access for that entire community! Talk about changing lives! Beyond health, water and sanitation have a huge impact on educational and economic opportunities worldwide. Women and girls spend an average of 6 hours a day fetching water and the lack of safe sanitation and sanitary products keeps girls out of school. Water and sanitation open doors and provides opportunities that would otherwise not exist.

Another incredible local organization is James Storehouse. From cribs to college, James Storehouse supports children in foster care, those aging out of foster care, and children who have been commercially exploited. They provide resources that will ease transitions and improve living conditions. James Storehouse encourages awareness and motivates community participation in support of children in foster care.

For every home sale, we donate $120 to James Storehouse. We do seasonal community drives to support James Storehouse. Like back-to-school giveaways, Christmas Toy Drives, and Thanksgiving Basket dinners. There is a need in Ventura County, and we are here to fill that need. Help us continue to change lives!
